He organised a venue and a Mariachi Band to serenade his girlfriend, fashion model Reyna Renteria.
But it proved to be an epic fail that is being shown all around the world, which does have a happy ending.
When he asked for Reyna's hand in marriage, he handed her a box containing the engagement ring.
Reyna immediately fainted and fell backward as straight as a board,
but thankfully neither She nor the Ring got damaged in the fall . . .
