Proposal During Wedding Reception

Instead of throwing her bridal bouquet, Chelsea shocks everyone when she turns around and gives it to one woman who never, ever saw it coming. The bride's cousin, Megan, has been dating her boyfriend, Brett, for eight years when he decided to conspire with Chelsea to propose during the wedding reception in a really special way.
